Who is Assurent QMS designed for?
Small to mid-sized businesses, typically 1–75 employees, in construction, infrastructure, engineering, maintenance, energy and other project or tender-driven environments. It suits organisations that need a structured quality system without a full-time quality team.
Do I need prior quality management experience?
No. Assurent QMS uses guided workflows and a clear structure so you can establish good practice from day one. If you want hands-on help, optional consulting support is available from the same team.
How long does it take to get started?
Most organisations can start using Assurent QMS within a few days. How long full implementation takes depends on the size of your business and how much existing documentation you bring across.
Does Assurent guarantee ISO 9001 certification?
No. Assurent QMS helps you meet and maintain ISO 9001 requirements. Certification is awarded by an independent, accredited certification body based on their assessment of your system. Assurent is not a certification body.
Can I use Assurent QMS without pursuing certification?
Yes. Many organisations use Assurent QMS to run a more organised, consistent and accountable quality system and to apply ISO 9001 principles as best practice, whether or not they seek formal certification.
Can Assurent QMS integrate with our existing systems?

Is my data secure?
Assurent QMS operates on a managed cloud hosting platform. The application incorporates access controls and data management measures designed to protect customer information.
Customer data remains the property of the customer, with access managed through the applications permissions and security controls.
Who owns our data?
You do. You can export your records on request, and data can be removed or anonymised when you leave.

What happens when the founding places are filled?
