Built from real project experience.
What separates a project that runs smoothly from one that doesn't: whether quality is built into delivery from the beginning or added later as paperwork.
I founded Assurent after more than 15 years on the ground across some of Australia's largest infrastructure builds, spanning oil and gas, LNG and renewable energy, including MacIntyre Wind Farm, one of the largest onshore wind complexes in the world.
It's an easy trap for any project to fall into once schedule pressure hits: non-conformances caught too late, documentation drifting from what actually happened on site, accountability blurring as things move fast. Assurent exists to give project owners and directors confidence that quality is actually under control, not just recorded after the fact.
